Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Doggi mobile application ("App") operated by Doggi ("Doggi," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Doggi governing your access to and use of the App and all related services.

Doggi is a platform designed exclusively for dog owners to connect with other compatible dog owners and plan dog play dates. Doggi is not a dating application for humans.

By creating an account, downloading, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

Eligibility

To use Doggi, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.

• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf (no bots, automated accounts, or accounts created on behalf of another person without their consent).

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

• You must not be prohibited from using the App under any applicable law or prior Doggi enforcement action.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the above requirements. Doggi reserves the right to terminate any account that does not meet these eligibility criteria.

Account Registration and Security

Creating Your Account

To access most features of Doggi, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. You may not impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or create an account using false information.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@doggi.app if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. Doggi is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

One Account Per User

Each user may maintain only one active Doggi account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent enforcement actions, bans, or other restrictions is a material violation of these Terms and may result in permanent removal from the platform.

Information Collection and Your Consent

By using the App, you expressly consent to Doggi collecting and using the following categories of information as described in our Privacy Policy:

Location Data: We collect your precise GPS location to connect you with nearby dog owners and facilitate play date planning. You may manage location permissions at any time in your iPhone Settings.

Push Notifications: We send notifications about matches, messages, play dates, and app updates. You may withdraw notification permissions at any time in your iPhone Settings.

Photos and Videos: You may upload photos and videos of your dog(s). By uploading content, you grant Doggi a limited license to display that content within the App, as described in the User Content section below.

Demographic Information: We may collect information about you such as age and general location to improve match quality and app personalization.

Contact Information: We collect your email address and, where provided, other contact details for account management and communication purposes.

Your use of the App constitutes your ongoing consent to this collection. For full details on how we handle your data, please review our Privacy Policy.

User Content

Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you post, upload, or share through the App, including dog photos, videos, profile information, and chat messages (collectively, "User Content"). Doggi does not claim ownership of your User Content.

License to Doggi

By submitting User Content to the App, you grant Doggi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and adapt your User Content solely for the purposes of operating, improving, and promoting the App and its features. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account, subject to reasonable technical processing time.

Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all User Content you submit. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content and grant the license above.

• Your content does not violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights.

• Your content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

• Photos and videos you upload contain only your dog(s) or other dogs for which you have the owner's permission to post.

Content We May Remove

Doggi reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, monitor, and remove User Content at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice, if we believe it violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. Removal of content does not constitute a waiver of any other rights Doggi may have.

Messaging and In-App Chat

Doggi provides an in-app messaging feature that allows users to communicate with one another to coordinate dog play dates. By using the messaging feature, you agree to the following:

Appropriate Use: Messages must be used solely for the purpose of connecting dog owners and planning play dates. The chat feature must not be used to harass, threaten, solicit, spam, or engage in any activity that violates these Terms or applicable law.

No Expectation of Privacy from Doggi: While your messages are private between you and other users, Doggi may access message content when necessary to investigate reports of abuse, violations of these Terms, or as required by law. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

Message Retention: Doggi may retain message data for a period of time as described in our Privacy Policy, including after account deletion, where required for legal or safety purposes.

No Endorsement: Doggi does not screen or endorse users you communicate with. You are responsible for your own interactions. Always exercise caution when arranging in-person meetings with people you have met through the App.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Doggi only for its intended purpose of connecting dog owners for play dates. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

Prohibited Content

• Posting content that is obscene, offensive, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.

• Uploading photos or videos that do not depict dogs or that contain nudity, graphic violence, or illegal material.

• Sharing false, misleading, or deceptive information about yourself, your dog, or your intentions.

• Impersonating another person, dog owner, or Doggi representative.

Prohibited Conduct

• Using the App for any commercial solicitation, advertising, or spam without Doggi's prior written consent.

• Harassing, threatening, stalking, or intimidating other users.

• Attempting to extract personal contact information from other users through deceptive means.

• Using the App to facilitate any illegal activity, including animal cruelty, theft, or fraud.

• Scraping, crawling, or otherwise automatically collecting data from the App without authorization.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App or its underlying systems.

• Creating or using automated accounts, bots, or scripts to interact with the App or other users.

• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any security, access control, or enforcement mechanism within the App.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, at Doggi's sole discretion, with or without notice.

Reporting and Blocking

Doggi provides tools that allow users to report and block other users. We encourage you to use these tools if you encounter content or behavior that violates these Terms or makes you feel unsafe.

Blocking: When you block another user, they will no longer be able to view your profile, send you messages, or appear in your matches. Blocking is immediate and does not notify the blocked user.

Reporting: You may report any user or content you believe violates these Terms. Reports are reviewed by our team. Doggi does not guarantee any specific outcome for any report, but we take all reports seriously and investigate in good faith.

No Retaliation: Retaliating against a user who has reported you is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.

Doggi is not responsible for the conduct of any user, and filing a report does not create any obligation on Doggi beyond good-faith review. For urgent safety concerns, please contact local emergency services.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Paid Features

Doggi may offer both recurring subscription plans and one-time in-app purchases that unlock premium features within the App. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. By purchasing a subscription or in-app item, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

Subscriptions

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected) unless cancelled before the renewal date. Your payment method will be charged at the start of each renewal period.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until that date.

Price Changes: Doggi reserves the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any price changes. Your continued use of the subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

One-Time Purchases

One-time in-app purchases (such as individual feature unlocks or credits) are non-refundable once consumed or redeemed, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.

Refunds

All purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies. Doggi does not process refunds directly for App Store transactions. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For purchases made directly through Doggi outside of the App Store, please contact us at support@doggi.app.

Free Trials

Doggi may offer free trials for subscription plans from time to time. If you do not cancel before the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged. You may only use each free trial offer once.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Doggi App, including its design, features, branding, logos, software, and all content created by Doggi (excluding User Content), are and will remain the exclusive property of Doggi and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Doggi's name, trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials without our prior written consent.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the App or its content without Doggi's express written permission.

Third-Party Services and Links

The App may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, including Apple's payment infrastructure, mapping services, and analytics providers. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that third party's own terms and privacy policies. Doggi is not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of any third-party service and does not endorse or make any representations about them.

Disclaimers of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Doggi does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Doggi does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content available through the App, including User Content posted by other users.

You use the App and arrange play dates with other users entirely at your own risk. Doggi makes no guarantee as to the suitability, temperament, health, or behavior of any dog, or the character or intentions of any user you meet through the App.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DOGGI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the App.

• Any conduct or content of other users, including any harmful, offensive, or illegal conduct.

• Any injury to a person or animal arising from or related to a play date arranged through the App.

• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

• Any other matter relating to the App or these Terms.

IN NO EVENT WILL DOGGI'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DOGGI IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, Doggi's liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Doggi and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of or access to the App; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights; or (e) any play date or in-person interaction you arrange through the App.

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the App's settings or by contacting us at support@doggi.app. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid subscription fees for the remainder of the current billing period.

Termination by Doggi

Doggi reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, conduct that Doggi believes is harmful to other users or the platform, or extended inactivity.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the App ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — will survive.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Informal Resolution First

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact Doggi at support@doggi.app and attempt to resolve the matter informally. Doggi will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice.

Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver

YOU AND DOGGI EACH AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. If a court finds this class action waiver unenforceable for any claim, then the arbitration agreement will not apply to that claim, and that claim will be resolved in court.

Exceptions

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent imminent harm, and either party may bring individual claims in small claims court if the claim qualifies.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. To the extent that any dispute is not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.

Changes to These Terms

Doggi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App, by email, or by updating the Effective Date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App and may delete your account.

Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Doggi regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver: Doggi's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Doggi's prior written consent. Doggi may assign these Terms without restriction.

Force Majeure: Doggi will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government action.
